Chintan Baithak at Sanchi from Tuesday

Bhopal, Jan 07: The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would find out the reasons of defeat in the recently held by-elections and chalk out a strategy for the upcoming assembly elections in the two-day Chintan Baithak scheduled at Sanchi from Tuesday. The prominent leaders who are going to participate in the meeting are- senior leader Sunderlal Patwa, Kailash Joshi, Vikram Verma, Sumitra Mahajan, Laxminarayan Pande, Krishna Murari Moghe, Kailash Sarang, Satyanarayan Jatia, Thavarchand Gehlot, Sheetla Sahay, Maya Singh, Babulal Jain and Ramhit Gupta.

State BJP president Narendra Singh Tomar informed that senior office bearers of the party would also participate and besides formal meeting, the workers would be allowed to speak openly on different issues. Party sources said that the reasons behind party candidates’ defeat in by-elections would be discussed openly, because party workers and leaders have raised it time and again.

Since, one more by-election for Betul Lok Sabha before assembly elections is approaching; strategy would also be chalked out to counter opposition. Ways would be found as how to win the assembly elections and how to pacify the annoyance of party workers who alleged that they are not being given importance. As how to improve performance of ministers and MLAs, would also be discussed in the meeting.
