Forgery case registered

Bhopal, Mar 02: A case of forgery has been registered against former Regional Transport Officer (RTO) of Bhopal OP Sharma and another man Dinesh Sharma under the MP Nagar police station area on Sunday. The RTO is accused of falsely transferring a bus on the name of Dinesh Sharma fraudulently.

Tourism award function

Bhopal, Mar 02: The MPSTDC in the capital would organize a special function headed by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday after being awarded with four tourism awards by the Union Tourism Ministry recently. State Tourism Minister Tukoji Rao Puar and MPSTDC Chairman Dhruv Narain Singh would be present at the occasion.

Life threat to police officers by naxals

The state police have been informed about a confidential meeting of naxalites held in Nagpur recently where the husband of slain woman naxal pledged to kill a top cop.

Revelation in raid at IT official’s premises

Bhopal, Mar 02: Income Tax Assistant Commissioner, trapped by CBI on February 26, reportedly owns a palatial bungalow at his ancestral place Dabra. The splendid structure worth more than Rs 50 lakh is said to be registered in name of the IT official’s mother. Besides, a Santro car was also found in possession of the arrested official’s eldest brother’s possession.
