Betul by-election is litmus test
Bhopal, Apr 03: This Betul election is the last by-election, but
a litmus test for all major political parties in Madhya Pradesh.
The ruling BJP wants to win Betul because it wants to sign off
on a winning note before going for another term of office. For
the Congress, a victory would herald a sign of change.
Industrial infrastructure for Bundelkhand
Bhopal, Apr 03: Industrial
infrastructures would be developed in 464.30 hectare proposed
area in four districts of Bundelkhand region. These
infrastructures are proposed to be developed in the year 2008-09
and rest of the period of 11th Five-Year Plan. This information
was given by Minister for Industries, Jayant Malaiya here on
Thursday in the context of Bundelkhand Investors Meet to be held
at Sagar on April 11.
Online reservation in national parks
Bhopal, Apr 03: Facility of
reservation in National Parks in Madhya Pradesh has been
provided to tourists through MP Online. Now the tourists can
secure reservation from anywhere in the country as well as world
while sitting at home by using internet and credit card. The
tourists can also secure advance reservation through authorised
kiosks of MP Online by making cash payment. Besides, maximum
limit of vehicles for tourists has also been fixed in four
National Parks.
Complaint against Malaiya lodge
Bhopal, Apr 03: Alleging Minister of Housing and Environment
Jayant Malaiya and Indore Development Authority (IDA) officials
for wrongfully leasing a land worth crores in Indore to a
builder, former State Congress Committee general secretary KK
Mishra has reportedly lodged a complaint against the BJP
Minister and others with the Lokayukta.
Tracing a missing pet has becomes easy
Gwalior, Apr 03: Tracing a missing pet has become easy in
Gwalior city after introduction of microchip system for animals
here. The relatively new system for the locals has attracted a
lot of people in the city. This microchip is a tiny transponder
of the size of an uncooked rice grain. In fact it is a permanent
radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip that a veterinarian
implants just beneath the dog's skin by injecting it.
