Weapon factory busted

Barwani, Apr 18: Weapon manufacturing implements were among objects that have been seized during a raid at a small factory for making crude guns in this district's Undi village. A man identified as Ratan Singh was arrested yesterday at a bus stand in Palsood.

Robbery in Shivpuri

Shivpuri, Apr 18: Two bodies were found by police in an abandoned truck on this district's Agra-Mumbai National Highway this morning. It was suspected that some gangsters killed the driver and his acquaintance before looting gram from the truck. The lorry was en-route to Delhi after loading at Guna district's Aaron area.

Gammon India agrees for development

Bhopal, Apr 18: Gammon India would undertake development work of 'Central Business District Project' of South TT Nagar, Bhopal. National Tribal University in Amarkantak

Bhopal, Apr 18: Indira Gandhi National Tribal University is being established at Amarkantak. The state government has provided 21 acre land for this university. Foundation stone of the university would be laid by Human Resources Minister Arjun Singh on Saturday.

Bhopal, Apr 18: As per the decision taken by the present state government, process has begun to appoint contractual teachers in teacher cadre. In this connection screening committees are being constituted at various levels to check eligibility of concerning contractual teachers for which norms have been laid down.
