Three killed in mishap

Bhopal, Apr 20: There is a growing feeling in the Congress that is failing to capitalise on UPA's OBC and tribal welfare schemes in election-bound Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh Congress chief Suresh Pachauri has summoned a meeting on April 22 to publicise the achievements of UPA government. Member of Parliament, MLAs former MPs/MLAs and other people’s representatives belonging to Scheduled Tribe would participate in the meeting.

 

CM for maximum procurement of wheat

Bhopal, Apr 20: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that it is necessary to procure maximum quantity of wheat on support price for ensuring success of Mukhya Mantri Annapurna Yojana, under which wheat would be supplied at the rate of Rs three per kg to poor families from fair price shops.

 

Forest awareness week from April 21

Bhopal, Apr 20: Forest Awareness Week is going to be organised in the state from April 21 to 26 with a view to giving fillip to the activities of Forest Committees constituted under Joint Forest Management.
