Six more properties soon in WelcomeHeritage
Bhopal, Jan 27: The WelcomeHeritage would soon include at least
six more new properties in the series of its hotels. At present,
it has 54 hotels in possession. Besides, Bhopal would soon be
developed as herbal and Ayurveda treatment center in its hotel
Noor-us-Sabah Palace. Rakesh Mathur, President of the
WelcomeHeritage Group said, “At present, I’m in discussion with
over 50 odd heritage property owners in the country, but we have
to so how many talks get materialized.”
Society needs good citizens: Shivraj
Bhopal, Jan 27: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that
society needs good citizens on one hand and on the other hand
people capable of give good leadership are also required.

Ashwani Bhatt reaches home safe
Gwalior, Jan 27: President of Nicholas Piramal, Ashwani Bhatt
and his driver Babu Bhai Patel, who went missing eight days ago,
were rescued by a team of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh cops
from a house at the Ghatigaon area in the Chambal on Saturday
morning. Bhat was abducted on January 18 when he was returning
to Indore from a meeting in Gwalior.
Unique system of irrigation in Narmada Valley
Bhopal, Jan 27: A unique system has been introduced for Narmada
Valley Irrigation projects in which the project would be able to
provide irrigation water on upstream peripheral area which was
not possible in prevailing project system built to irrigate the
down stream areas through canals only. The new system would
provide a power line along the periphery of the reservoir to
facilitate the farmers of peripheral villages to lift the water
for their fields through power pumps.
Participate in schemes, says Governor
Bhopal, Jan 27: Governor Balram Jakhar has termed as necessary
active participation of all sections of society in the
implementation of scheme for the betterment of the state. Jakhar
was addressing a massive public meeting at the Lal Parade Ground
here on the occasion of 58th anniversary of Indian Republic
after unfurling the national flag. He exhorted the residents of
the state to work unitedly with communal harmony for the
prosperity of the state.
